Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel,
Litigation to join their Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive and commercially-oriented legal advice on complex
issues
Lead high visibility programs that align with business strategy
Develop relationships with the Operating Committee and represent
the company externally
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and attorney in good
standing
Law license in good standing with the ability to register as
In-House Counsel in New York
12+ years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm, in-house
counsel, or insurance regulatory agency
