Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Defense Litigation
Paralegal to support California attorneys in legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal
documents
Obtain, review, and summarize medical records and arrange medical
examinations
Prepare motions and assist in trial preparation, including
interviewing witnesses
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-year Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience as a
Paralegal
Paralegal certificate or completion of at least one year of law
school required
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and Paralegal certificate from an
ABA-approved program
One year of experience in a civil litigation law firm preferred
