Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiting and Sourcing
Coordinator to join their Clinical Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen clinical/medical professionals (Independent
Contractors) for contract assessment work
Document and update recruiting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule clinical interviews
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required with 0-2 years of relevant
professional experience or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Experience with remote work is preferred
Demonstrated integrity in professional conduct
Ability to be patient and flexible with changes and updates
