A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Build partnerships with leaders and HR teams to deliver informed HR
solutions
Facilitate talent review processes and identify workforce
challenges
Manage complex colleague relations issues and coach leaders on
performance management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
8+ years of experience as a strategic HRBP in diverse business
environments
Experience in HRMS systems and complex organizations
Strong knowledge of talent management, compensation, and employee
relations
Experience in Ceridian Dayforce is preferred
