Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Manager, People Operations
for the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage People Operations processes and practices in the
Americas region
Oversee compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and policy
management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective People
solutions and drive global expansion
Required Qualifications
6+ years in People Operations or HR roles, with at least 3 years of
people management experience
Deep expertise in managing employment compliance and regional labor
laws
Proficient with HRIS systems and skilled in data analytics
Experience in a global organization is preferred
Excellent organizational and project management skills
