The successful candidate will lead our project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of SaaS projects, driving efficiency, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:The VP of Technical Operations, reporting directly to the CEO, will have direct responsibility for product strategy and execution at Steer Health. This person will develop strategic product roadmap tied to our product vision, lead a team of product managers to deliver value via new capabilities and innovation, and work with our leadership team to bring new product lines to market.You'll partner closely with nearly every department to improve our product, including Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and the entire executive team.What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership and work across functional areas to drive the product strategy and roadmap.
• Provide strong leadership through talent recognition, coaching, development, and performance management for an incredibly talented product management team.
• Build trusted relationships across the enterprise and influence business partners.
• Own the product roadmap for a subset of products; prioritizing long-term and short-term initiatives that align with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Continuously manage expectations with all relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization's ability to meet its goals.
• Create and maintain sequencing of initiatives, prioritization, and trade-offs regarding both short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Work with business partners to perform deep data-driven analysis, to surface actionable insights and product requirements.
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects, measuring and reporting on the business impact.
• Bring user and market insights into our product development process.
• Develop a sharp perspective on product development to drive outcomes and impact revenue.
• Be a voice of the user and the market.Who You Are:

• 12+ years of Product Management SaaS Healthcare experience and 5+ years of direct management experience.
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with FHIR API integrations and HL7 standards.
• Healthcare Tech SaaS experience is a must.
• Strong leadership quality in driving technical operations and product management.
• Experience in product development and strategic planning.
• Strong product management leadership experience with multiple B2B product launches.
• Experienced people manager with a track record of successful product managers.
• Background in the healthcare industry or closely related field preferred.
• Clear communicator with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise points.
• Ability to think strategically while executing on the ground.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-oriented and passionate about using data and insights to inform product strategies.
• Self-starter who identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Strong track record of leadership driving initiatives to completion.
• Strong technical abilities and familiarity with SaaS development practices.
• Intellectual thought leadership in Product Management, driving the agile product development process.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous innovation.
• Proven ability to dive deep to learn new products and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical employees.
• Proven creativity in software delivery, including use of newer AI technologies.

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for SaaS implementations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Implement and enforce project management best practices specific to SaaS projects.
• Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and clients on project status.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in SaaS project management processes.
• Stay informed about industry best practices in SaaS project delivery.Good to have experience: Canva, Figma, and exposure to BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
