Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Supplier Development to
join their Supplier Performance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and develop relationships with new brands and
suppliers
Lead new business opportunities through a defined Gate Stage
process and support onboarding of new brands
Manage and strengthen relationships with key supplier partners at
the corporate level
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry, focusing
on brand or supplier management
5+ years of National Supplier or Brand Management experience in the
alcohol beverage industry
Experience leading change initiatives and driving business
transformation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and
PowerPoint
