• Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept through design, testing, and production.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Drive innovation by developing new products and improving existing ones, considering customer needs and market trends.
• Design and prototype product concepts, including creating prototypes for testing and refinement.
• Utilize advanced technical skills to solve engineering challenges during development.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through testing and validation.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for designs, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress.
• Incorporate feedback to refine product designs and functionalities.
• Continuously seek process improvements, adopting new technologies and methodologies.
• Stay informed about technological advancements and market competitors.
• Possess specialized knowledge in areas such as software development, mechanical engineering, electronics, materials science, or biomedical engineering, depending on the industry.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize hands-on technical work, project management, and successful product launches experience.
• Work with relevant software tools and platforms, such as CAD for design engineers and programming languages for software engineers.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in product development or related roles, including hands-on technical work, project management, and successful product launches.
• Experience with relevant software tools and platforms, CAD software, and programming languages.
• Experience in designing and prototyping, creating detailed technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.Our Principal Product Development Engineers earn between $174,286 - $237,400 yearly, along with various rewards and benefits.Joining our team offers numerous perks:
