Job Description:
A company is looking for an Exceptional Education Resource
Specialist to provide specialized support for students with
disabilities and individual learning plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational strategies for students
individually and in small groups
Monitor student progress and mastery of learning goals through
various activities
Communicate with students, families, and school personnel to
support learning objectives
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field with at least 2
years of classroom experience
Valid teaching license in areas such as Special Education, Gifted,
or English Language Learners
Two or more years of experience working with students needing
specialized supports
Experience facilitating online courses is preferred
Highly qualified teacher status that meets or exceeds NCLB
requirements
