A General Contractor is seeking a Controller for their team.

Duties:
* Maintain and make process and procedure more effective.
* Oversee two employees and their work (AP/AR and
* General ledger oversight.
* Develop and manage budgets and report variance analysis.
* Complete the WIP schedule and handle cost accounting and revenue recognition.
* Partner with banks and external vendors. Set up insurance plans with HR team.
* Handle everything Accounting software related- Sage Intacct and Procore. Work with implementations.

Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in Construction Accounting- must understand how to oversee a WIP schedule, handle AIA billings, etc
* At least two years of leadership experience
* At least a year of Sage Intacct
* At least a year of Procore
* Bachelors degree, CPA or advance degree, preferred
