Role Description:
Position: Associate Financial Advisor
Location: Dallas, TX Office
Role Overview:The role is designed to provide hands-on training and development for an individual to grow into a Wealth Management Advisor. This is a sales and operations role that is designed to develop the skills necessary to build a successful financial advisory practice. You will be pivotal in servicing institutional retirement plan participants and our valued current clients. The role's main function in the first few years will be focused onbusiness development, which requires a strong work ethic and is ideal for a self-motivated individual. This position is ideal for a dynamic and motivated professional with a passion for finance and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will join a collaborative team, working closely with senior advisors to develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with our clients' long-term objectives. You will also beresponsible for attracting new clients to the firm through our various marketing strategies, the local community, and your network.Key Responsibilities:--- Outbound marketing activities to prospective clients via email marketing, phone calls, and digital channels.--- Collaborating with other members of the firm to develop an understanding of the basics of financial planning.--- Enhancing our client experience--- Operational and administrative duties such as pipeline management, account servicing, firm operations, etc.
Candidates should have: --- A passion for sales.--- Excellent communication skills.--- An exceptional ability to balance analytical thought with creativity.--- The ability to work under pressure and handle rejection with a positive attitude.--- Self-motivating and very competitive.--- Strong negotiation skills.--- A fast learner with the ability to work independently and with a team.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldStrong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.Organized and are task oriented.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
